This is the tour we started the company with in April 2010, and it's still the one we'd put a first-timer on. Six hours is enough to slow down: two proper tastings, a sit-down lunch with wine, and the drive through Malibu Canyon that makes people quietly start looking at real estate listings.

Pickup & coastal drive
We collect you in Santa Monica or at your hotel and head north on PCH. Your guide starts the story before you've left the city limits.
First tasting room
Into the canyons of the Malibu Coast AVA. A guided flight at one of our partner rooms — Cornell, Rosenthal, Stonehaus or Hoyt Estate depending on the day.
Lunch with wine
A proper sit-down meal at Duke's Malibu, Kristy's Village Café or Sunset Restaurant. Not a boxed sandwich in a parking lot.
Second tasting room
A different pour, a different story. By now you know what you like, and our guides will tell you why.
Scenic return
Back down through the mountains as the light goes gold. Drop-off where we found you.

Before you book
Reservations require advance payment and are based on availability. Book at least 48 hours ahead — 10 days for private reserved group tours, which need a minimum of 6 guests and must be booked by phone. Tours are non-refundable within 72 hours. Driver gratuity isn't included; 10–20% is customary.
