Reservations and payment
- All reservations require advance payment to guarantee seats.
- Groups require a deposit to secure the reservation.
- Reservations are based on availability and payment.
- We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance; 10 days for Private Reserved Group Tours.
- Final confirmation of online reservation requests may take up to 24 hours and will be made by phone.
Cancellations
- Tours are non-refundable within 72 hours of your tour date.
- Private Reserved and Group Tours require 7 days' notification of cancellation, and fees may apply.
Pick-up and punctuality
- Your pick-up location and time are shown on your Tour Confirmation, sent by email and reconfirmed by phone.
- Drivers can only wait 5 minutes from the assigned pick-up time before departing.
- We cannot hold the tour for late arrivals. There is no refund if you arrive late and the vehicle has departed as scheduled.
Conduct and restrictions
- For wine tours, California state law requires all guests to be 21 years of age or older and to have current photo ID.
- Consumption of alcohol is not permitted in any of our vehicles, due to California state law.
- Water and snacks are provided. No outside food or drink is permitted on tour vehicles.
- Pets are prohibited on the luxury tour vehicles.
Private Reserved Group Tours
- Exclusive use of a luxury vehicle requires a minimum of 6 guests.
- Private tours for as few as 2 guests are available; extra fees apply.
- All Private Reserved Group Tours must be booked by phone.
Gratuity
Driver and host gratuity is not included but is greatly appreciated. We recommend 10% to 20% of your tour price.
