Call us at (310) 393-6555, between 8 AM and 7 PM, seven days a week. If we miss your call it will be promptly returned, or if after hours, first thing the following business day. Please note: final confirmation of online reservation requests may take up to 24 hours and will be made by phone.

No. This tour is for anyone — novice or connoisseur — that enjoys wine, fun and adventure. We take care of the details so you can relax and enjoy the day with your group, friends or family in beautiful Malibu.

Reservations are based on availability and payment. Due to our tours' popularity we suggest that you book at least 48 hours in advance, especially for weekend tours. Private reserved group tours require 10 days.

We will need the desired tour type, the requested date, how many people are in your party and the desired pick-up location — as well as your contact and credit card information, including the billing address and telephone number.

In order to guarantee your seats, all reservations require advance payment. For groups, a deposit is required to secure the reservation.

Tours are non-refundable within 72 hours of your tour date. Private reserved and group tours require 7 days' notification of cancellation and fees may apply. Please see our Terms and Conditions.

If a group requires exclusive use of our luxury vehicle for a Private Reserved Group Tour, the minimum is 6 people. We also offer private tours for as few as 2 people, but extra fees apply. All private reserved group tours must be booked by phone — please call us for more information.

Your pick-up location and time will be shown on your Tour Confirmation, which you'll receive by email and which will be reconfirmed by phone. Please note the pick-up time — we cannot hold the tour for late arrivals, and there is no refund if you arrive late and the vehicle has departed as scheduled. Drivers can only wait 5 minutes from the assigned pick-up time before leaving.

For wine tours, California state law requires all guests to be 21 years of age or older and to have current photo ID. Sightseeing tours such as the Malibu Celebrity Lifestyle Tour are ideal for all ages. Pets are prohibited on the luxury tour vehicles.

Dress comfortably and bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat — and of course, your camera. A sweater or light jacket is also recommended as weather conditions may vary between the coast and the mountains.

Consumption of alcohol is not allowed in any of our vehicles due to California state law. Water and snacks will be provided for you, but no outside food or drink is allowed.

Driver gratuity is not included but is greatly appreciated. We recommend 10% to 20% of your tour price.
