  1. What’s the fastest way to book a Tour? 
    Just call us at 310.393.6555 from Monday to Sunday, 8am-7pm.  If you call after hours and get a message your call will be promptly returned – we constantly check phone messages.  Requesting a reservation online is great, but please note that final confirmation of online reservation requests may take up to 24 hours and will be made by phone.

  1. Do I need to know anything about wine to enjoy the wine tours?
    No – from novices to connoisseurs everyone loves our wine tours! Just come and enjoy wine tasting, a delicious meal with wine, and a beautiful scenic adventure that’s sure to put a smile on your face. We’ve taken care of everything so you can enjoy.

  1. How far in advance must I reserve seats?
    Reservations are based on availability.  You can call last-minute and we’ll do our best to fit you in, but due to our tour’s popularity we suggest that you book at least 24 hours in advance, especially for weekend tours.  (10 days for Private Reserved Group Tours).

  1. What information will I need to book a Tour?
    We’ll need to know the tour type, desired date of your tour, how many people in your party, and where you are staying to establish your pick up location and time.  Please also have your contact and credit card information, including the billing address and telephone number.

  1. Can I reserve a tour without paying for it?
    All reservations require advance payment in order to guarantee your seats in our luxury vehicles.  For groups, a deposit is required to secure your reservation.

  1. How many people do I need for a Private Reserved Group Tour?
    If a group requires exclusive use of our luxury vehicle for a Private Reserved Group Tour, the minimum number is 6 people. We also offer private tours for as few as two people but an extra fee will apply.  All Private Reserved Group Tours must be made by phone – please call us for more information.

  1. When and where do I get picked up for the Tour?
    Tour pick-up times vary depending on your exact location. Your tour pick-up location and time will be shown on your tour confirmation that you’ll receive by email and that will be reconfirmed by phone. Please note the pick-up time on your confirmation – we cannot hold the tour for late arrivals, and there is no refund if you arrive late and the vehicle has departed as scheduled.  Drivers can only wait 5 minutes from the assigned pick-up time before leaving.

  1. What if I cancel my Tour?
    Tours are non-refundable within 72 hours of your tour date.  Private Reserved and Group Tours require a seven day notification of cancellation and a fee may apply.  Please see our Terms and Conditions.

  1. Can children or my pets go on the tour?
    There are different requirements depending on the tour type.  For all wine tours state law requires all guests be 21 or older and have photo ID.  Horseback riding tours require a minimum age of 10 and restricts weight to 230 pounds.  Pets are prohibited on the tour van.

  1. What should I wear or bring with me on the tour?
    Dress comfortably – the style is all Malibu: relaxed and easy going.  Sunglasses, sunscreen and a hat…and bring your camera!  A sweater or light jacket is also recommended as weather conditions can vary between the coast and mountains.
